They were also clean and well-appointed. The service I received was a mixed bag - while some employees were rude and unhelpful, others were extremely informative and kind, especially when it came to Disney-related tips. The location couldn't have been better for my family, close to Disneyland and other attractions, with great security measures in place. The dining options at the hotel were solid, offering a good variety of food with some gluten-free options. However, the price for some services seemed a bit high for what was offered.
